I love Robin Piccone suits. I usually buy from a department store but wanted this style quick so I went for it. Sadly, the quality is simply not there. The straps are two different widths and the hygienic lining wasn't anything like the other suits I've purchased and was sticky! Gross. Returned. This Ava Plunge One Piece is my first experience with the Robin Piccone brand. I'm really impressed with this swimsuit. I really like the cut - high cut legs, low back, and unique deep cut with double bow detail. It has nice features like removable padded cups and adjustable straps. I have the "Navy" color and it's such a nice classic neutral and true to the description photos. The fabric has a nice sturdy feel with ample stretch - it feels like a quality swimsuit. For reference, I am 5'5" tall 108 lbs 30D with a straight body type and long limbs with a short torso. I typically wear a size 0 or XS in street clothing and ordered this swimsuit in a size "2" (the smallest size offered). It fits really well and is very flattering. I would say it is true-to-size.Robin Piccone boasts being made in "North America" - this suit is made in Mexico. I go out of my way to support companies who choose to manufacture domestically. Although Mexico is in North America, I feel the brand is being deliberately misleading, allowing the consumer to think that it could be made in USA. They could just say it's made in Mexico.
