This wetsuit is much better than what I expected! The wrist and ankle zippers are top quality plastic made by YKK and make it so easy to get the arms and legs into the suit. The seams are reinforced and neatly stitched. The bottom and knees are made with more durable material than regular neoprene. The neck is adjustable so you can get the perfect fit around your neck. The inside is fleecy material so it glides on, and the legs and arms will not stick to themselves and get ruined like my last famous scuba brand suit did. It is really is 5 mm thick. (I can measure the outer layer of neoprene at the zipper). Size M fits me perfectly (5'2", 105 pounds) except a tiny bit long in the legs. My only complaint is that the back metal zipper (the teeth are plastic) is only 15 inches long so it's a little hard to wiggle into. I am really pleased with this suit.
