I bought this piece as a birthday present and was extremely disappointed to find out the ponytail had broke away from her head before he even got it out of he package. The piece itself is big and very pretty with a lot of detail but the ponytail itself seems to be a design flaw. The ponytail is rather large and the insertion site is very small and this seems to be a problem with some people who have purchased this item. I returned the item and got a refund but other people were able to anchor the hair into her head using various methods and seemed to be happy with their result. I'm not saying this will happen to everyone but do your research before you buy this item and make sure you are willing to deal with this problem if it occurs. I hope my experience has helped you in some way.
