I have a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. I had mounted the receiver hitch previously but needed the wiring to be legal. It took some time to do all the fishing in order to connect to the taillights but once I had the harness connected all that was left was the power wire to the battery. I had to skip a day because of rain but tucked the wiring up temporarily. After connecting the harness to the battery I had to figure out what to do with the hanging 4 pole connector. I considered buying a mounting bracket but wasn't sure where I'd install it and I didn't want it hanging down too far. After crawling under the car several times to come up with ideas I settled on this (see photos). I used two of the existing holes left over from the valance removal to secure the wiring. Then I drilled a small hole on both sides of the 4 pole connector and secured the connector to the bumper using one of the wire ties that came with the kit. In my opinion it looks clean and secures very well to the bumper allowing me to connect and disconnect the trailer wiring with little to no movement. Cheap and easy option. Thanks.
