101-Piece Cleco Fastener Kit by Wicks Aircraft Supply - Perfect for Aircraft Assembly, Sheet Metal Work & DIY Projects

Let me start by saying this is an excellent kit. I ordered this kit for an Airstream travel trailer project. These are made in America clecos that work perfectly.When the kit arrived from Amazon it appeared to have broken open in Amazon's warehouse and everything was jammed back into the packaging and taped up by Amazon. Unfortunately, in the process the plyers went missing (and more, as I found out later).I reached directly out to Wicks Aircraft Supply on a weekend and got an immediate response letting me know they would rectify the situation once they shop opened the following Monday. Sure enough, first thing Monday morning they proactively reach out to me, got a count of everything I received, realized that I was not just missing the plyers, but also some of the clecos. Two days later a package arrived from them w/ the missing parts!THIS COMPANY TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! They are interested in the scope and nature of your projects. They offer up relevant advice w/o pushing unnecessary products on you. I will buy from them moving forward.
