This only happens for very few orders, but we will always replace a shipment is you email us and send a picture of the mistletoe within a day of the delivery. Please do not use the returns process for a damaged mistletoe. We do not need the mistletoe back. Simply send a message to us with a picture of the decayed mistletoe within a day of the delivery and it will be replaced. We recommend ordering expedited, which will ship USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping is USPS First Class which may take too long to some areas. Most mistletoe arrives intact, but will have lost some leaves during transit.
