High quality -Easy -sturdy coat tree. White powder coated steel pole screws into a very heavy weighted base. Convenient Allen wrench comes with the kit to tighten base screw to pole. Assembled pole to base, slipped on pole the three plastic hangers, rubber stopper for top to finish tip in less than 10 min. Well packaged box shipped inside an extra large box!! Way to go Amazon!The three hangers rotate in 90 degree increments all around in either direction. They are a heavy plastic.I love this coat tree for my laundry room.
