Bought this for work travel because it has the pass through sleeve for trundling with my spinner suitcase. The pass through zipper pocket looks the same as the outside pocket on the other side of the bag. Not paying close enough attention, I slipped my mobile in the wrong one and had to use a software tracker to figure out that a cabbie had it in their backseat. The straps are too thin and flexible for hauling my (lightweight) laptop around with my other carry-on items tucked inside, so that could definitely be better. Otherwise it has served its purpose. Nylon has performed OK, scratched and broke fibers when I bumped into a concrete wall with it. I wish there were a better option out there for those of us that don't want to use a backpack.It is too big. Color is not what I expected. Cell phone pockets are a bit tight.I love this bag. It is absolutely perfect for work travel, which is every week for me. Great size, storage pockets, and slides over a suitcase handle for easy travel.
