Fits my sz8 body well. (Would probably fit a 6 just fine). I'm definitely curvier on the bottom, and smaller through the chest. I WOULD NOT recommend this suit for anyone with much up top. The top triangles are quite a bit more revealing than pictured, as well as the cutout on the upper ribs, and offers no support. Anyone larger than a B-cup would be in danger of having their girls pop out the side when turning. As well the tummy panel is quite narrow. It covers completely across the from and curves around the sides, and accommodates a bit of tummy, but if that is where you carry most of your weight you might want to size accordingly. The pattern is beautiful, though the darker patched sections aren't as district from the rest of the pattern as they appear in the picture. The pattern is darker and more vibrant than shown as well. The colour are white, black, bright med. pink, bright medium blue, and orange. (On my screen pre-purchase it had appeared to be neon pink and lime accents with an ivory base- but still is a beautiful pattern. I'm only lightly tanned, and it looks great against my skin, but looking at the fabric- it would pop against a dark tan, or pale white. It might get a little lost on the darkest of skin because the overall background of the suit is quite dark, and the bright pieces so small.Comes with light triangular padding that is removable. The strap under the bust area cannot be adjusted, so you are stuck with as much exposure as it comes with, an you can't move the cups around to suit your girls. The back tie helps some with this. Fabric seems to be surprisingly nice and strong (for a fashion suit, not on the same level as an athletic suit) yet still smooth, and is fully lined in an bright blue fabric. The edges of the suit hug your body without cutting into your curves (if your a little softer through the bottom and hips as I am, in this suit you can get away with a little less backside coverage without it creating any kind of 'muffin' along the seam edges- which is hard to find, and a suit quality I majorly appreciate!), and for a low backed suit it doesn't have that annoying gap above the small of your back that many suits do. And because of the back tie, it brings in the gap that often occurs with backless suits on the sides of the ribs.Really quite pleased with this suit, would definitely recommend for other girls that are curvy on the bottom. It's hard to get a suit that actually looks beautiful and flattering on my type, and this suit does that. Would definitely buy again!I've always been on the modest side and wearing a 2-piece for me had always meant a tankini and bikini bottom. This is my first retro style one suit and I love it! I'm a size 00/0/XS/XXS with a 32C bust and this fits me well. My bust size isn't that big at all but I find that most swim suits I have think that I must also be super flat chested being a size 0. Not my case. But this suit fits me well everywhere. I do have to agree with previous reviews that leg openings are a bit on the looser side but I haven't had too much problem with it. Just got back from Hawaii and this conservative swimsuit was perfect especially when I was mostly just chasing my 3 year old toddler in and out of the pool.I ordered it just 2 days before we left for our trip after resigning to just wearing my old swimsuits (found nothing at the malls!) and paid extra $ for next-day shipping and seriously, it was worth it!!! I wouldn't have minded getting it in another print/color if they came in another.Again agreeing with another review that this maybe made for someone a bit taller because there's plenty of room in the torso. I am about 5'2" though. The print is beautiful and the fabric is so soft. I hope it holds up for years to come until I find another like this. I never thought Nanette Lepore to be the excellent brand for swimsuits but I will be keeping them in mind from now on!This is a beautiful suit. The material is very soft but not flimsy. Usually I don't like suits that tie behind my neck, but the material is rather luxurious so I don't notice it. The print is unique and interesting and the colors are vibrant. Overall a classy looking suit, a little sexy but not overtly (noticeable, but not begging for attention). Coverage is good on the back end, not high cut. There is a full lining of yellow fabric on the inside, I haven't seen suimsuits will full linings like this. My only complaint is that I had to do some minor sewing on the inner chest, where the thin strap runs across the V front. The strap is held in place by fabric on the inside that ends a little short and loose, which means that from the front, the trim of the V doesn't lie flat (you can see the inner lining from the front). I took some invisible thread and sewed a loop on the inside trim, right over the thin strap, and then it looked perfect, took only about 15 minutes. The size seems to run true. I bought a small though should have bought an extra small as I usually do since I didn't know the sizing of this brand, but I was headed for vacation so too late to exchange. But it fits fine, just a tiny bit loose, so I'd suggest NOT going an extra size up.This is a fully lined - everywhere - and very elegant bathing suit. Its just quite a bit larger than the sizing listed on the designer's website (which is where I always go to look at sizing - the designer site is usually different than the seller but the designer made it so I go by theirs) - in this case the sellers website more accurately represents the sizing. There is no way I could wear this without the strap though - it won't stay up at all I re-ordered a size smaller, then I will return this one. I always do returns this way - so that I don't end up with an item sold out!Love the shirring on the sides and the overlap which makes this suit look like a tankini or skirted suit. The cups are molded but not padded which I like as I have plenty of padding up top. the keyhole opening between and beneath the cups is not noticeable so one nead not worry about exposure there. I just love it.
