cylinder comes without t5 chipped keys and the cylinder does NOT come with the immo reader and has to be transferred from the old unit.keys are just blanks with NO CHIP in them , will not work for usa accords . must buy t5 chipped keys and copy keys over , at a cost of 15 per a key.
