This suit was purchased for my 9 year old daughter (72 lbs). I purchased a size 10 and it has been worth every penny! It's hard to get a kiddo in a long sleeved rash guard swim suit for SPF coverage UNLESS it's this fashionable and comfortable. Do not hesitate on this purchase! She has worn it all summer to sleep-away camp, boating, tow rafts behind boats, chlorinated pools, lakes, and ocean... and we have not seen fading or wear and tear.
