The tool is functional and solid in build. The case would need a tractor to run it over to injure it. But the attachment work is so so. For example, the main clip would allow the tool to hang vertical when you are horizontal. This goes against streamlining and reef safety. It comes with a rubber band to help secure it. But you then need and area that has a detachment to get the rubber band around, which is also one of the stiffest rubber bands I have used. A bungee like with the mini D-ring kit for Hydros would be better. Or, best yet, the case can be mounted to the modular Hydros X and Pro systems. The tool is great, the case is great. The mounting options sort of suck.
