Had to mount it about 3" above headlight to clear the turn signals. Instructions are terrible. Watch Youtube to install on RebelUpdate: Figured out how to easily lower 2nd generation Rebel front turn signals. See Honda 250/450 Forum, post by Causeless in 2009 for how to do this. I only had to lower front turn signals 1.75 inches and didn't need to disconnect any wires or remove turn signals, just slide them down forks. I also added an m6x60 bolt from Amazon to attach signals back at the top, but not required I think since they were firmly on struts without this. Found it easier to attach the four struts to the windshield and attach the four clamps loosely to the bike separately, then with wife's help slid the struts into the clamps. I cut 1 inch off the larger screw adjust pipe clamps on lower clamps since they are too long, then covered sharp ends with black tabs I found here on Amazon. Adjust bottom about an inch back from the front of headlight, about 1.75 inches above headlight, adjust top to make angle of windshield same as forks. This makes windshield cutout symmetrical around headlight and the right height for my eyes to be at top of windscreen. Measure and adjust everything same on both sides, i.e. symmetrical. Rides and looks great and I'm 6 ft tall, so this is plenty tall enough.
