It runs about one size smaller, that's why I ended up buying 2 of them, one for now and another I would keep for when I lose weight. The fit is perfect though, at least on me. I was worried about the cup fit, but surprisingly it holds everything in place very well without squashing. For reference I bought size 10 and size 12, size 10 fits well but has a snug fit, so I ordered one size up. I now wear size 10 in women's, and my bra size now is between 36D and 36DD(due to weight gain). So if you have a "C" cup, order size 8 or 10, if you have a "B" cup and you wear clothing in U.S. size between 4 and 6, then order size 6 or 8.I loved this swimsuit until it came. The leather strapping has no stretch at all and did not fit properly. Truly hard getting those straps over my shoulders. I can't see struggling like that to put a swimsuit on. Not for me.
