I am 5’4 185lbs. The bottoms fit perfectly, but did roll up. I have thicker thighs so I pretty much always expect that with tight fitting bottoms. As for the top the sports bra part fit absolutely perfect (I’m 38D) but the shirt part was a bit big. I have a shorter torso so it was long like a dress. Despot all of that, I loved it. It was so comfortable and wore it all day kayaking and then dipped in the pool later in the afternoon. It was never comfortable and I felt supported the whole time.
