I really love the light and the whole look but can't seem to get all the parts. The pictures shows a ring attached to the canopy and a ring attached to the stem and attached by a carabener, but for some reason all three of the lights I received doesn't have this and doesn't show in the instructions that came with it. I am still trying to get the company Lighting NewYork to understand what it is I am tyring to get. The picture is pretty obvious but no one understands what I mean. If I can't get it resolved soon they will all go back.
