All Balls Racing One Piece Jackshaft Kit for Harley FLHS Electra Glide Sport 1989-1993 - Replacement Part #79-2105 - Motorcycle Transmission Upgrade & Repair

Replaced my original jack shaft after it was having serious issues and became unusable. This guy is significantly easier to install and uninstall especially since it does not require the removal of the clutch to remove or install.I've not yet thoroughly used this but I did turn the bike over enough times today to start it probably 10-15 times (Got the carb off so I couldn't start it) and the only odd thing I noticed is it occasionally makes a strange noise. I think it make be related to the seal being very tight on the shaft of this jack shaft so it may not be being retracted as fast and the thus may be making an odd noise due to the starter gear rubbing the jack shaft. At first i though the bolt span out because I only have it torqued to 50inlbs per the instructions with a bit of red loctite. The low torque makes me worry that it will spin out but only time will tell.It will take some time for me to gain confidence in this new jack shaft since my old one mad so many issues but I'm really hoping this will be a permanent cure to my jack shaft issues. I will check back if I have any issues. The thing I think is most likely is the bolt spinning out since its only torqued to 50inlbs but thats pure speculation. But I put red loctite on just to make sure she's stayin in.
