Description

Manufactured with 3 hi-tech knitted fabrics for improved functionality and resilience, the ST 2. 0 is also available in sizes for young swimmers. Superior knitted fabrics have been augmented in the ST 2. 0 with an extra durable lining to provide outstanding stretch, optimal compression and total freedom of movement. The result is a high- performance suit that minimizes surface drag for exceptional hydrodynamics, and offers unrestricted movement without compromising key muscle support. The new lining brings added technical functionality to the ST 2. 0 range. Incorporated into the top front of both the full suit and the jammer, and extending down the back of the leg, the lining provides greater muscle compression for targeted areas, and improves core and leg support, allowing the swimmer to stay stable and strong in the water. Bolstered by the shell fabric and durable lining, the shoulder strap provides greater support in the shoulders and upper back, enhances the overall fit and feel of the suit, and adds an extra level of durability. For over 40 years, arena has been developing cutting-edge racing swimwear built on a foundation of in-depth research, technical know-how and an unyielding commitment to quality, achieving the best combination of performance, comfort and durability. Since 2000, the brand’s top-of-the-range POWERSKIN family of suits has constantly set the benchmark for high performance swimwear for all levels of competitions, including Open Water swimming. The continuous involvement of champions swimmers in the development process has produced breakthrough innovations and incremental improvements leading to swimming’s foremost podiums around the world. In addition, flatlock construction of the seams contributes to the suit’s perfect fit, with the seams sitting snugly against the body to help keep optimum shape in the water.

Great suit - heavier material than the more expensive suits. Fit is comfortable, though. I downsized one size and am happy with the suit.Well made & fits beautifullyFalta REMITIR el procesa de salida, viaje y llegada como en la primera compra realizada.it's a really good fast suit for swimming, I loved itNot get the compression expected, I ordered 1 size down and it wasn’t enoughDaughter needed a new tech suit. Her first one was a had me down, and needed to be replaced. We narrowed down to brands that she has regular suits in: Finis, Dolfin, and Arena. She also wanted pink or purple. Cute colors can be harder to find. This is not a top of the line suit for arena. Their carbon compression suits; which are rated 4 and 5 in compression are, but so are the prices. This suit is rated a 3 for compression, which works fine her as she has a bit of a nagging shoulder injury that she didn’t want straps diffing into. I also like that this is a true kneesuit, so the elastic isn’t cutting into her thighs.Sizing was right on. She is 5’4”, 31 bust, 24 waist, 32 hips, 56 loop. Which was a 22, and looked so small coming out of the box, but fit perfect! Also, the more open back on this suit makes it easier to shimmy on. Tech suits are notoriously difficult to get into, and she was able to put this one on in under ten minutes.Prices on tech suits on Amazon fluctuate a lot and change quickly, so if you see what you want, snatch it! I watched a different suit increase in price by $240 while it was in my cart for a few hours.Overall, great suit. Very happy. If you are looking for a good quality cheap tech suit this is the suit for you! I am a competitive highschool swimmer and this suit helped me drop over 4 sec in my 200 Free and 8 sec in my 200 Fly as well as less time in shorter events. To be honest I think this suit is nearly as good as my arena carbon suit which I bought for $200. It doesn't repel water quite as well as more expensive styles but the compression is good. Make sure you get a small enough suit though. I like a very tight fit so I got a size 22. I am 5' 7" with a long torso and a fit 135 pounds. My normal practice suit size is 28-30. If you are looking to use this suit simply for recreational purposes you should definitely size up as this suit is meant for competitions and is thus very compressive. Overall this is an amazing suit for the price and I wholeheartedly recommend it.My daughter at 13 is 5' 6" and about 130 lbs. She has been an avid swimmer for 4+ years. This was her first tech suit. She normally wears a size 30. I measured her according to the size chart on the product. It was between a 28 or 30, so we sized down to the 28. It fits her pretty well, but she thinks she might have been able to go down to a 26. We got this on sale for a decent price and I just wanted to see how it would go for her first one. I think she looked great in it and it make her feel great for the swim meet. I'm not sure it helped her take off any times, but she looked amazing out there. We purchased this race suite initially on size 28, as my daughter's current one was 26 and she was upgrowing ity daughter is 12/164cm hight slim but with defined swimmer muscles. She was not even able to pull it up till the knees , such tight it was.Considering this we requested a replacement with the largest size available, 34, which as per the chart size should have fit someone much taller&larger than her.Even this suite 34 size was way too tight (even considering that races suite must be tight!), and she barely managed to dress it up but was impossible to keep it on as it was hurting everywhere(under arm, over the chest and over the shoulders). After this experience we googled for a high street shop in our area where we had the surprise to find that same suite brand and model fit her on the size 28!!! I wonder how is this possible?Very dissapointed with this product and I would not recommend.Good suit but not the best. I think it looks good on my daughter and we've had no problems with the quality or colour. She prefers her Speedo LZR (which was £9 cheaper). The Arena sizing was difficult to grasp. Went up a size and could have gone up another size. It is two sizes bigger than the Speedo which fits perfectly and will last longer.Bought this for my daughter. She has had Arena racing suits in the past and they have been brilliant. This one however has gone really shabby very quickly. It has lost its colour and looks about 2 years old rather than just over a month. I am really disappointed and would not buy again. I have also tried to complain and return but as it is just over a month old the Amazon website does not allow me to return.Excellent race skins, so cheap compared to the others on line but does the job as good as the others. Well worth the money.Ordered online for my daughter, she is becoming serious about her swiming. Measured her and ordered based on measurments provided, fits perfectly and she claims it improves her performance.
