I bought this pack for the "trampoline" suspension frame, because my back sweats too much with my conventional daypack. So far I've used it on one day trip, and it performed very well. Most importantly, my back was not soggy. I am 6' 1" tall, and found the strap adjustments to be very flexible. There are settings from "small" to "extra-large", and I found the "large" setting to fit perfectly.In addition to the ventilation, I also appreciate the high quality of construction, which matches my experience with other Vaude products I've owned (a messenger bag I have used for work for the past two years, and several pieces of clothing). As far as features go, it is a roomy top-loading backpack, but it also has an L-shaped zipper on the front that provides access to items at the bottom of the pack. It has a zipper pocket on the lid, with an interior zipper pocket to keep valuables from accidentally falling out when opening the lid pocket. There are two stretchy bottle holders on the sides, a built-in rain-cover in a compartment on the bottom, and a stretchy "pouch" on the back that is great for a lightweight jacket. There is also a small pocket on one of the hip belt pads, but it is quite small, probably good for car keys or a small tube of sunscreen..
