Ordered July 2, arrived July 10 from Amazon west coast to east coast. Pretty quick shipping considering the weight and distance. Arrived well packaged in 2 boxes. No damage to boxes or bed. All hardware was included. Very quick to assemble with the included Allen wrench.I cut twelve extra 1x4 bed slates as a foundation. (three are included but more support is needed, IMHO). I also laid 3/8 inch plyboard on top the slats. Very sturdy now and the bed really looks lovely. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this bed to anyone. Beautiful and can't be beat.
