I almost returned it but then I learned how to use it. I'm almost deaf and I can't hear it beep but I can watch the display. I used it for a bit and didn't find any parasitic draws so that's a good thing. Hard to work on cars and trucks today unless you have code readers, multi meters and things like the Amp Hound. So this is a good addition to my bag of diagnostic tools. I didn't contact tech support so I can't really comment on that. Maybe others can comment on that.
