These were a gift for son and DIL. Since I obviously won't be sleeping on them, I'll update after they have been used and laundered a few times and get their opinion.My personal, immediate opinion of them is quality. I did not take them from the packaging, but slid my hand in to see how they felt. They are substantial, thick and crisp, although still soft to the touch, even though they were new.Most higher thread count linens are fairly stiff and even a tad scratchy, but these felt surprisingly nice. From my first impression, I would expect them to feel quite luxurious after being laundered a few times and would expect them to hold up very well. Should this not be the case, I would certainly edit my review.As of now, I definitely give them 5 stars and if they serve as expected, will be buying a set for myself.
