This review is in no way a reflection on Amazon customer service. The manufacturer of this tool set has serious customer service issues. I bought this woodworking set as a Christmas gift for my son. I purchased it directly from Grizzly which is where Amazon gets their products. I thought cutting out a middle man would be better, but I was badly mistaken. I received the kit, but it was just three tools in the cardboard shipping container. No wooden storage container was included with the tools, like the one pictured. I immediately contacted Grizzly and was told that they would look into it. Almost a month later they offered to send me a new set in the wooden container, but I needed to return the tools that I had in UNUSED condition!!! Are they seriously thinking that a Christmas gift for a child would be unused almost a month after Christmas? I have never seen customer service this bad.As far as the tools go, they are very basic beginner woodworking tools. I did not expect professional quality products at this price. They are adequate for a beginner in woodworking to learn the basics.
