This is a great bottom bracket when it comes with all of the parts that are supposed to be included in the box and in new condition. Unfortunately, this bottom bracket (which, like I said, is normally awesome) came without the bearing dust covers, wavy washer, and any spacers. It was also visibly worn on the NDS although didn't appear to have been installed, which seems odd. Judging by this review and the only other review for this supplier (Niagara Bicycle Works or whatever) I would not recommend purchasing this product in this fashion.
