I finally had an opportunity to use these in anger and I've been nothing but impressed. I still have a set of Craftsman wrenches that I've been using for decades, but I don't know why I waited so long to switch. These slot somewhere between a standard wrench and a long-handled wrench. I never found myself wishing I had more leverage and they are definitely longer than my Craftsman wrenches.I knew that I wanted 6-point wrenches, but they are surprisingly hard to find. I honestly don't know why they even make 12-point wrenches unless you specifically want to round off bolts. These wrenches grip like a vice, even on old nasty bolts. The only other good wrenches I saw were SK and they were almost $70 more. Protos are made-in-the-USA and I actually prefer their textured handle to the ultra-smooth SK. These are easy to grip.Faults? There aren't many. The handles are slightly rough, but certainly not enough to cut you. They will surely smooth down after a few more uses. The carrying pouch is pretty basic, but at least it functions.I love these wrenches!!!
