Sturdy and useful desk, fits nicely in a small space and is surprisingly functional, I use mine as a sometimes sewing table slash desk slash dressing table in a bedroom. Nice white finish with easy to clean surface, the drawer is handy as well.I love putting things together and puzzles, so I found the assembly directions clear and easy enough to follow, but there are a number of steps that may be confusing and difficult for some people. It says it needs two people to put together but I was able to do it on my own in an hour or so. You do need a good space to assemble it, and its says no electric tools, so there's a lot of hand screwing in stuff. The desk itself is pretty solid once it's together, however the drawer's bottom wood is a bit flimsy- it's not meant to hold heavy items- and some of the drawer sliding parts are thin plastic, hopefully this won't be an issue down the line. The packaging it came in made me crazy because some of it was that flimsy Styrofoam sheets that break apart easily and bits get everywhere.Overall I'm pleased with this purchase. I got a warehouse damaged as-is item at a discount, the only flaw was a badly dinged corner which I don't even notice now that its assembled.
