Speedo Women's One Piece Swimsuit - Adjustable Square Neck, Contemporary Cut for Swimming, Beach & Pool Activities

I have several of this style of Speedo suit. However, this particular one was a disappointment. It appeared to be stretched out and not up to the usual quality of Speedo. I returned it for a refund.Update: I am updating my review after use of the suit for some time. The ad should be updated to include size, style and height of the intended wearer.I am 5'8" 130lbs, 35" hips and wear a 28" jean. I am 34D bra size. I ordered a 6 but probably would have been better off with the 8. And after wearing this for a bit, it is definitely short or petite. The bra-line is about 2 inches too low for my body. Most likely the size chart and sizing of this suit should include torso length. Lengthening or adjusting the straps isn't going to help this suit to fit someone who is taller.You will notice the size chart isn't that exact or helpful since the suits are available in number sizes and the size chart refers to small medium large etc. Which causes a person to play guessing games. The chart should be updated and corrected.I found a speedo size chart on line but it had several options in charts and I wasn't sure which on to use, so I just picked one that didn't seem to athletic or competitive. The chart seemed to indicate I'd wear a size 6 so that is what I ordered. I probably could have ordered the size 8. It'd be helpful if all ads included a good size chart in the ad so it's easy to choose the most correct size for the best fit. The 6 is pretty tight on me, and as I recall being in swimming, and wearing a speedo, they are worn tight for sports. I don't think you need to be too snug for leisure.Very lovely suit, good lining and good retention of elasticity when wet as well.5 stars.I am 5'5", 155 pounds, and 36DD. I ordered a 12, and was surprised to find it to be so big. There is ample coverage in the bust area, but the inserts are too small for me, so I removed them. All they did was make the front look crumpled and strange. For a smaller bust, they would probably be fine. The straps are convertible to criss-cross or straight over the shoulder, and the hardware on them is metal, so I don't worry about them getting weak and breaking. The colors are vivid and pretty. The leg openings are modest without looking frumpy. I do have some extra fabric in that area though...so I maybe could have worn a 10, but I don't know if the bust area would have been large enough. There is no compression to help with tummy control, so while it would look better on someone slimmer, it is quite comfortable. Overall, I'm happy with the suit.An awesome very flattering suit that is of excellent quality and fit. Doesn't ride over your butt cheeks and the neckline is the perfect height so you can bend and move without grasping over your chest area. This is a sexy but yet performance suit and by sexy I mean in the coy discreteness it has. Premium quality in not only the sewing but the thick fabric and the padded and lined front. Excellent choice!In my experience with a lot of Speedo brand swimwear, sizing up a size is usually a good idea for the one piece suits. With this suit, I don't think sizing up was necessary. I usually wear a medium or a 10 in swimwear and I thought that the 12 would probably be the best size to go with. In hindsight, I should have gone with a 10. The bathing suit is fully lined and nice quality material. It's a nice swimsuit. Would certainly recommend it.The Speedo Ceramic Swimsuit is a beautiful color, looks great on and fits as expected. It is easy to put on. The adjustable straps allow a better fit. I'm 5'3", busty and moving the straps up give me a good profile. The leg cut is good without being too revealing. With a high UPF 50+, it's everything a swimmer expects and more from Speedo.I'm set for our family summer outing at the shore.I love this suit! It is very comfortable and flattering. Fit is as expected.
