So, here goes...I write very few reviews, but this seat deserves one!Background info: I have this on a 2013 Road King. I'm 6', 240lbs and 32" inseam. Those may or may not be important statistics to you, but they should help. I have been dealing with severe tailbone pain for about 3 years now and has all but taken my joy out of riding. 45 minutes was about the max I could be on the bike at a time! I even spent $1K plus on RWD piggyback shocks.Previous seats that I tried looking for relief: Saddleman Road Sofa (WAY too hard and pushed my legs out). Danny Gray Airhawk IST touring (felt terrible, no matter how much air was in the bladders and sat me at least 2" higher). Mustang Squareback (somewhat comfy, but very narrow and ended up sitting directly on my tailbone as the seat broke in)Looking for a magic bullet, I took my OEM seat and cut out some of the internal foam and replaced that with a gel pad and then re-stapled the seat cover. Looked like dog crap, but was "ok" for about an hour ride (tops). Still pain.Came across this seat in diamond stitching ...looked good and other reviews were favorable and the price was very reasonable. I picked up from the reviews that this seat is somewhat sculpted for the butt portion and was wide in the back and narrow in the front (much like the Mustang Wide tripper). The front of the saddle actually curves down and out. I can now be flat-footed on the pavement. Height is about same as stock, but I feel like I was moved forward by about 1-2". That doesn't bother me at all, just different.Let me tell you, this seat is literally like sitting on a sculpted hammock for me. All of my weight is supported on my butt cheeks (where it should be) and absolutely no pressure on my spine or tailbone.....NONE!!!Between this seat and new rear shocks, my RK now rides like a magic carpet, floating, but yet planted on the highway! I can definitely tell that there is flex in the seatpan, which is GOOD. Tons of support and it also accepts backrest mounts (it works with my Mustang backrest).Stitching is very, very good and quality actually seems on par with Mustang/Saddleman. I wasn't expecting that at all.So, if you have tailbone/back issues, I can HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this seat!! Hopefully this doesn't change as the seat breaks in or ages.
