My waist is 28''. I ordered a 「Speedo Men's Swimsuit Jammer ProLT Solid Size 30」but the real waist size is 24''. It was too tight to put on. Then I required a replacement order for size 34. This time I am lucky that I have found the right waist size 28''. It is just nice and fit me. Also the swimsuit has high quality and design. After shopping, I felt that Speedo Swimsuit has very confused sizing. The people just don't know how to choose the correct size to fit them. So the market should setup their own sizing guideline to help the customers to make their decisions. For example: Size 30 equal 24'' waist; Size 32 equal 26'' waist; Size 34 equal 28'' waist; etc. Hope my experience can help someone.Update: I've been wearing it every day for a month. I'm still very satisfied. I believe it will be durable because the quality is really good. Thanks a lot to Amazon's free returns and exchanges service that allowed me to find the right size without extra cost.sizing is off per the descriptions on amazon, but i make it work for my swim time in the poolI was sure to lean towards a larger size and not my husbands “new” waist size. It fits perfectly even when those five pound fluctuateOdd that it has a loose panel in the back. For the most part, these are terrific. Just be careful about the sizing. For us, runs a bit small. My son wears a 32 but these were too tight and binding. But when he wore them last summer, they were perfect. I ordered a different brand in 32 sizing and they were roomier and less snug, go figure. A smidge thin on the material and the threading has held up so far but we only had a minimal amount of overall wear to be honest. Mostly worn under board shorts during life guarding sessions. Order size up if body a bit sturdier or "husky" !Very goodThis Speedo is as expected. I wear either a 32 or a 34, and for this I chose a 32. That makes it tight, but racing jammers are best when tight. If this lasts like other Speedos, I expect a good year of use from it.First they changed the fabric: still soft but look less sturdy and thinner then xtra life. Changed the liner fabric too, not an upgrade, it's now rough instead of soft. Added an unwanted back liner that can displace and ripple. Im not very happy with those changes. This must be due to the thinner fabric used which is now too transparent... They shortened the cord which was way too long before and now its too short and get stuck inside... The cord is now black which look better then white in my opinion but that the only thing better in the whole product. When you have a great product why replace everything great with cheaper and lower quality solutions and adding design changes to try to hide that fact ?El traje es muy ligero y suave, se ajusta perfectamente, pero ojo fue diseñado para competencia no entrenamiento, yo que lo usé 3 a 4 veces por semana me duró ni 4 meses, no recomiendo que lo adquieras si lo que necesitas es un traje de uso diario porque no te va a durar. After only 8 swims in a normal bromine pool, the fabric started breaking down in the crotch area (see photo). I’ve been swimming regularly for over 20 years and have never had a swim suit degrade so quickly. It normally takes a year or so. I always rinse my suit thoroughly in the shower and hang it to dry afterwards. I’ll be seeking other brands to replace this inferior product. What a waste of money. Al menos en años anteriores no lo incluía.I bought one of these suits back in Nov 2020. It has been great, but the fabric is pretty thin. Our building has a salt water pool so it has stood up well, but I bought a second one in Jan 2022 so I could rotate them. The newer one is a much more substantial fabric and it has the Speedo logo on the leg, which makes it eary to tell them apart at a glance (in addition to the noticeable difference in fabric thickness). I do water exercises and these trunks don't ride up or bind. Work very well.
