This is a really nice suit, but I have to return it. My daughter is small for her age, athletic, and slender; I ordered one size up anyway and it was too small. I should have ordered two sizes up. I'm sure when I get the right size, we'll be very happy with the suit.My niece loves her new bathing suit. I love that's it's a modern style but very age appropriate for a 9-year old girl. The colors are wonderfully playful and vibrant. This fit perfectly in her correct size and that's saying something since so many things don't and require an exchange. It's a winner all around.I've purchased from this brand once before in a different style, that was also a winner that held up very well. So keep this brand in my mind for future purchases.We have been buying Kanu suits for several years. They fit great, wash fine, and are a good value. the one thing we have not done with them is wear them in pools, so I do not now what effect chlorine will have on them, but we love these suits and will continue to purchase them.These run REALLY small. I ordered the 10 for my 9 year old daughter following the size chart. It fits my 7 year old daughter. I didn’t plan on ordering two (one for each girl) but as it doesn’t fit the daughter I ordered it for I’ll have to order another one. It’s really good material, seems high quality and the colors are really vibrant. Overall I would be extremely pleased if the sizing wasn’t SOOO off!!Runs very small! My daughter is a size 10 In Everything and she couldn’t even get it past her thighs. I skipped size 12 and went to size 14 and it fits her perfectly! Other than that it’s amazing and she loves it!!!!So even though I gave this product 5 stars I'm having trouble with the size but it's a cute swimsuit. I got it for my 7 year older who wears an 8, it was very very tight so I ordered a 10 it was very tight also. My 5 year old daughter wears a 5/6 but she was able to fit the size 8 swimsuit just fine. I just think it being made in China there a significant difference in sizes in regard to U.S. sizes. I'm going to order a 12 for my 7 year old and see how it worksBought this for my 3 year old daughter. She is about 28lb and 38" tall. She is just barely out of 2T clothing so we opted for the 3T and it fits great. There is a little room to grow; but it's not so baggy that anything is hanging out. The top straps criss-cross and are a little tricky for her to get up by herself. Colors are vibrant and bright and the suit is holding up great after a couple of months of wearing it multiple times per week.suit is very cute and my 5 year old loved it. (We agree that the colors are very bright).However - it is much too small for her. She is 5 1/2 and is very tall (100% height) and has an athletic build (broad shoulders etc). I usually buy size 7 pajamas and pants/shirts for her. I bought the size 7 in this suit and it was much too small. I think a size 9 would possibly fit her.My advice is to consider buying a much bigger size than you think you need.My three year old is very excited to get a new suit!Se decoloraron muy rapido...
