Ordered 2 chairs, both seats had several broken slats the screws would no longer work to hold them in place. The legs had large areas of wood that were either scratched or chunks taken out of it. Did not look new, looked like used chair, or a return. Went to process a return label, would have to pay for return shipping I kept the chairs because by the time I paid to return them it would have cost almost as much as the chairs.Once put together they look decent.
