The table and chair set was delivered within a week and although the packaging was not the greatest (box was ripped open on one side- about a foot long rip with product completely exposed) the product was not damaged. The bamboo is thick and well put together and the color is great. FYI, the chairs only hold up to 200lbs- there was a tag attached to them stating that. Luckily my boyfriend is under 200lbs but we have some friends that are not and that can be a problem since we expect to have them over often over the summer to enjoy the sunshine on our new patio furniture. Another negative is that the "tie" that is intricately wrapped up and down the table and chairs is a white plastic wrap and sticks out like a sore thumb. In the pictures online it looks like a natural color, but it is not. We took it off the table because at the time I couldn't imagine that something like that was meant to stay on the table, but now that I looked back at the pictures of the product I see that it is meant to stay on. Probably to keep the strips of bamboo on the table from bending. Luckily I left it on the chairs because it wasn't as much of an eye sore, but it's still two stripes of white plastic (almost looks like the tie wraps that are on a loaf of bread) up and down the chairs. Overall, if you are looking to get a nice bamboo bistro set for cheap it's still a good option as its quality bamboo, it's sturdy and made well. I would just recommend taking the ties off the table (looks so much better though the lifespan may be cut in half).
