One side with a rolled column, perfect for trofie, maccheroni, fusili, capunti and more. The back side has a traditional gnocchi board pattern, use for gnochetti, garganelli & rigatoni. Comes with a set of 4 matching mattarelli (rolling pins) from 1/4"-1" diameter, plus a bench scraper. Everything you need to make any shape.
