Items are not even packaged to reduce breakage during shipping, either. If you need customer service, just forget about that completely. They do not accept phone calls and basically ignore all email or contact us forms submissions, hoping that you'll just go away. Of course, you will go away and never come back to the brand and also make sure that you tell all your friends to also NOT buy from wedgwood. They absolutely don't care about the customer or the product.
