The Kai electric knife sharpener is a smart investment for keeping your cutlery in excellent cutting shape. Simply place the heel of the knife in the center of the sharpening stone. When you hear contact with the stone, gently push the knife forward into the sharpener to seat the blade. The sharpener sets the correct sharpening angle! The sharpener is designed to be easy to use and is ideal for the following double-beveled, 16-degree angle knife blades: Stainless steel, carbon steel, clad steel and composite blade knives. Not appropriate for single beveled knives, serrated, ceramic or Titanium knives and is not designed for scissors or other specialty cutlery. Comes with usage and care booklet.
